What happened to June

Just wanted to check in and say we are alive and well. You Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Cary, Fuquay Varina etc people sure are buying some Real Estate. And with 37,000 realtors in NC, it seems most are in Raleigh. I have been looking for a deal on a house all month and let me tell you, the rumors of a buyer's market here are unfounded. Finding a good investment real estate deal has been like trying to find ketchup at the hot dog grill off Hillsborough Street (they don't allow it in there). Best thing I could find was a townhouse deal in Morrisville. You are going to make some money in that area. Question is, where do you eat there. I would tell you to get to the baby moon cafe, one of the triangle's hidden gems. Try the risotto and by gosh get a piece of tirimisu. One day you may think of Morrisville as more than just a bedroom community, and with Raleigh housing appreciation rates stalling, and Cary housing appreciation flagging, Morrisville may be a money maker.
